Return Policy

Spandexglobal.com highly recommends that customers request free fabric swatch books prior to placing orders. Please note that we do not cover any return shipping fees. To ensure that your return has been authorized, please contact us for return shipping labels. Only we are able to issue return labels when the bulk order is different from sample order or sample swatch books. 

PLEASE NOTE, WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE IF:

• Fabric has been cut, altered or damaged.
• For any piece less than 3 yards in length.
• Clearance Items
• Custom prints

A copy of the packing slip or the customer invoice (receipt) must accompany all returns.

Damaged Items and Shortage Claims: Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery by  sending an email [email protected].
