What is custom printing?

Although we carry a wide range of products in various colors and textures, we understand that we may not always have exactly what you're looking for. That's why we offer a custom printing service so that you can print your own artwork with no minimum order quantity.

How does it work?

You give us an image file of your design (we accept .jpg, .png, .svg, and .pdf) and select the fabric type on which you want your design printed. You can also provide us with any necessary details such as how big you want the pattern to be printed on the fabric.

We send your instructions to our manufacturers in Korea, who will print the design accordingly and ship you the final product!

How should I wash my spandex fabric?

We include specific care instructions on every product page! Just click on "How do I wash it?" in the details.

Does SG carry fabric other than spandex?

No, as of now, we only carry spandex fabric, but our spandex fabric covers a diverse range from cotton to denim! We do hope to bring on other fabric types in the future as our business grows.

Where is SG's fabric sourced?

All of our products are manufactured in and shipped from one of South Korea's largest fabric hubs.

How is SG's fabric cheaper than your average fabric store?

We are online platform that links customers to fabric wholesalers and manufacturers. By cutting out the middleman, we are able to cut warehouse and handling costs, which keeps our fabric prices low without sacrificing quality!

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. The shipping cost is automatically calculated during the checkout process using your shipping address and approximate fabric weight. 

How long will my fabric take to arrive?

We work hard between Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order ASAP because we know you're excited to bring your projects to life. In most cases, orders take 3-5 business days to ship.

For custom printed orders, it can take a bit longer because we want to make sure we get your order right - around 5-7 business days to ship.

If you need an urgent delivery, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you with shipping timelines for your order.

Does SG ship internationally?

Yes! We are happy to be able to bring our high quality products to designers and creatives all over the world :)

Do I need to pay for duties or taxes?

For our international customers, please note that we're unable to provide an exact estimate for duties and taxes, as these costs vary by country. Any local sales taxes, duties, or other fees will be the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. But don't worry, we'll give you all the details you need to apply for any applicable duty-free exemptions!

Does SG have an in-person store?

No, being an eCommerce store is what allows Spandex Global to provide good quality fabric at good prices, so we don't have plans for a physical store.

How do I check my order?

You can check your invoice, which you will receive in your email inbox after placing your order. Alternatively, you can login to your account and check your order history to find your past orders.

What payment methods does SG accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) in addition to PayPal.

Why was my order cancelled?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, you should receive an email with an explanation. If it was our mistake, we are happy to compensate with a discount code for your next order!

How do I apply promo codes?

If you have a promo code you'd like to apply, you can do so at checkout. Only valid promo codes will be successfully applied!

returns and exchanges

What is SG's return policy?

Please contact us with your order number and your reason for return within 30 days of receiving your package, and we will help you with any returns or other requests.

Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Any fabric has been cut, altered or damaged
  • Any fabric less than 3 yards in length
  • Clearance items
  • Custom prints

A copy of the packing slip or the customer invoice (receipt) must accompany all returns.

What happens if my order is damaged or missing?

We're sorry to hear that! Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery by contacting us.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Please contact us immediately with your order information, and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but we cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an invoice has been made. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your order is shipped.

Does SG offer international returns?

Yes, we do. Please contact us with your order number and reason for return and we will help you out with processing your return. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
